Recently, representatives from all over Europe working in children’s ministries or coordinating church activities with children met at the European Conference on Christian Education (ECCE) in Berlin. From 25 until 29 March 2019 they dealt with the topic “Moving towards new horizons in children´s ministries”. One of the key issues was the question of how to live Christian spirituality in a secular world. The 2019 programme included worship, Bible studies, discussion of current work and a “market place” to show some of the work being done in each country/denomination represented. The ECCE is taking place every three years, each time in a different country. The next ECCE conference will be in Hungary in 2022. Learn more about it here.
